There is 3 million to 100 million living organism lived in this green world,
among them 1.7 million species are named by taxonomist
(https://www.nwf.org/Magazines/National-Wildlife/1999/How-Many-SpeciesExist). All living organisms share their own biological, behavioral and psychological
characteristics. Among all organism human beings are noblest creature. Human
being shares different characteristic then other living organism due to their morality
level and way of livings. As noble creature humans are gifted with strong immune
system. This immune system fight against different pathological agents (any
substance which bring changes in human body or simply developed disease in
human). Our immune system consists of following components skin, mucus
membrane (liquid fluid present in lining of respiratory system, digestive
system, and reproductive system) fever, inflammation, different protective
proteins, white blood cells, antibodies (produce by T-cell and B-cell). This
immune system is basically divided into two main categories innate immune system
and adaptive immune system. As from name adaptive its mean that this immune
system developed in body time to time. The most important thing regards to immune
system is that when immune system developed against any pathogen in human body
then that pathogens not able to be developed disease in that organism.
ANTIBIOTICS:
“Any type of chemotherapy or drug used against bacterial infection or
disease or against any bacterial pathogen exist in environment is called
antibiotics.”
First antibiotic was discovered by Alexandar Flemming in 1928 that was
penicillin. Now a days thousands of antibiotics are available in market with different
brand names. These antibiotics are used orally and in form of injection on extreme
level. Here are different classes of antibiotics used in different year.

OVERUSE OF ANTIBIOTICS:
I know that use of antibiotic in some infection may be essential in life, but
peoples of Pakistan use them in very wrong way. If dr. prescribed them to use
respective antibiotics for 7-days (3 time per day). They used this antibiotic for just
3-days. When bacterial growth is just stop in this period they stop use of antibiotic.
Due to which the bacterial cell gets their time and show resistance against that
antibiotic. This resistance result in inactivation or non-effectiveness of antibiotic.
When this antibiotic used in future then it has no effect against that bacterium. Many
antibiotics which was very effective against infection in past was now banned due
to higher level of resistance and this all is due to negative used of antibiotics as
discuss above.
ROLE OF DR. IN MAKING ANTIBIOTIC UNEFFECTIVE:
In many areas I have seen that the person with 2-year diploma of health
technician has made their own clinic. Without any professional degree and license
they check patient on regular basis and gives them high dose of antibiotics with low
level of infection. Due to which the patient body can not be able to be developed
immunity against that bacterium. Higher dose of antibiotic used make body addicted
to them . In future whenever re-infection occur the body can not be able to fight
against that infection. The other draw back is that the dr. cannot prescribed the
medicine properly as discussed above . due to which only bacterial growth is stopped
for while and cannot killed or eliminated from body.
So kindly always choose a professional dr. for your checkup and use the
antibiotics in proper way. In smaller infection let your body to fight. This result in
strong immunity and minimize the chance of reinfection with complete elimination
of infection from body.
CONCLUSION:
In conclusion, while antibiotics can be lifesaving in certain situations, their
overuse and misuse can lead to dangerous consequences, including antibiotic
resistance and a weakened immune system. It’s essential to use antibiotics
judiciously and under the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional. Moreover,
for minor infections, it’s crucial to allow our bodies to fight off foreign particles
naturally, developing a stronger immune system and reducing the risk of reinfection.
By adopting a responsible approach to antibiotic usage, we can safeguard our health
and ensure the long-term effectiveness of these vital medications. Remember, a
strong immune system is the best defense against infections, so let’s give our bodies
the chance to fight and triumph over harmful pathogens.
