There is no doubt that everyone wants to be successful. Everyone desires respect and a prominent position for themselves. Everyone wants that let my words spread, let people appreciate me, let me have power, wealth, a good place, and a noble family.
However, all these, a good place, a noble family, respect, power, and a prominent position demand something valuable from us. They want to trade with us; they want us to take responsibility. They want awareness and services; they want a lot of hard work. They want many sacrifices.
And surpassing all of these, success asks us the first question of failure; it wants to deal with our failures. The world has never witnessed someone becoming rich overnight, becoming powerful overnight, gaining immense respect overnight. Behind all those things, there lies a tremendous amount of hard work. Many sacrifices are hidden. And many failures also exist. Remember this, young ones! That
significant success is built upon small failures.
Failure is indeed the key to success. Failure makes us understand, it gives us awareness. It informs us when we have made a mistake. It enlightens us about how much change we should bring within ourselves. How much lacking is there inside us, how much improvement we need! Dear youths!
If at some point in life, we do not face failure and achieve success without fulfilling the standard of success, when we reach the position of success without completing the criteria of success, then remember, we will have to face humiliation and despair.
First, work hard, learn, face failure, fulfill the criteria of success, and then achieve success. The world will become crazy about you. Strength will come, respect will come, and money will come. Then, as you desire, it will happen. So, young ones! Don’t not be afraid of failure, accept failure, and move forward. Success is your destiny.
See, if success came quickly and easily, everyone would be successful, and everyone would have a significant position. However, that’s not the case. To achieve success and a prominent position, hard work is essential, along with love for one’s work and steadfastness. Steadfastness is not easy, it requires a lot of patience and perseverance. Challenges will arise that surpass our expectations, but remember, this world belongs to no one. It is not under anyone’s control. Allah grants it to those who work hard and maintain steadfastness.

If you aspire to think of success, aim for significant positions, and want to reach a good and respected position in life, then make a great resolution and declare that you are headed towards your destination. You are determined to achieve your purpose, fulfill your dreams, no matter what it takes. You may have to endure hunger, thirst, face setbacks, get wounded, be mocked, receive threats, spend sleepless nights, but you are committed to achieving your goal. Remember that you may face failures at certain junctures, but always recall that if you don’t experience failure, you won’t truly taste success. I’ve mentioned that success asks for failure, and the wisdom and benefits hidden in failure are known only to Allah, felt by humans, and understood over time.
Read about the successful people in the world’s history, including those currently thriving. Look at their lives, the challenges and tasks they faced on their journey to success. Then, you’ll understand. You’ll find peace, satisfaction, and guidance in your own journey.

Oprah faced early career struggles. She was fired from her first television job as a co-anchor in Baltimore. Despite this setback, she persevered and went on to host her own successful talk show, becoming one of the most influential media personalities.
Albert Einstein:
Before winning the Nobel Prize in Physics, Einstein struggled to find a teaching position after graduating. He faced rejection and was even labeled a “lazy dog.” It wasn’t until he published his groundbreaking theory of relativity that he gained recognition.
