Garden of Roses turns into Bloodshed of Innocents

Abu Bakr reported Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: When two Muslims (confront each other) and the one amongst them attacks his brother with a weapon, both of them are at the brink of Hell-Fire. And when one of them kills his companion, both of them get into Hell-Fire.
(Sahih Muslim: 6901)

Secterian Voilence in Pakistan is not a new issue of dispute. It has a long history, even before partition of sub-continent. Whenever anything is being provoked, it surely turns into a sectarian violence. Now the issue arise last week in the border town named Parachinar in province of KPK, Pakistan. It remained for upto 06 days. Initially it emerged as a land dipute which become a secterian voilent game, resulting in martyrdom of almost 50 people and 200 were being injured. It was a huge loss for those families and society leaving many children’s orphened, women widowed and thousands permanently diabled, due to anger and narrow vision of locality. Who will be responsible for all these losses and who will recover them? The Govt, the Locality or those who caused it? Who will lookafter those childrens, Who will listen to the little talks of kids and Who will fulfil the dreams of orphaned? Who will lookafter to those women who’s only support was their natural protectors, either emotionally, financially and spirtuallay. Who will heal this wound which is caused only on a provocation
Who?
It shows a weak mindset which is unable to accept and react calmly.

Let’s move towards the question that who suffered more loss?
Maleekhel tribe, a shia majority tribe suffered more losses, than opponent Madgi Kalay, a Sunni tribe in Boshehra village over a piece of land given by shia community to sunni’s on lease situated 15km south of Parachinar city. The lease was supposed to end this July, but they refused to return the land leading towards a huge fight.

In many areas of Kurram district, Shia and Sunni communities live together peacefully, but sometimes a small dispute leads towards a sectarian fight.

Which sectors suffered a lot?
The Education and Health sectors were being suffered during this period. Hospitals across the district lack necessary facilities, qualified staff and advanced equipments which is alarming in these situations.

The issue is being resolved by locality and govt administrations for upto October but it must have to be resolved permanently. The role of government departments was also disappointing.

Govt. is very careless in maintainig peace, and lack activeness to initially resolve issues between communities. It lacks official capacities to handle such situations, and iilicit trafficking of sophisticated weapons is common in that region.

Our responsibility arise here to create awareness in society and respect each other. Be a responsible Muslim and active citizen of Pakistan. We don’t have to quarrel between each other on the base of any differences, as our Prophet said in his Last Sermon; “All mankind is from Adam and Eve, an Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab nor a non-Arab has any superiority over an Arab; also a White has no superiority over a Black nor a Black has any superiority over a White except by piety and good action.

We must have to make sure that no other Muslims shall be effected from us.

Quaid said; “You are free! You are free to go to your temples. You are free to go to your mosques or to any other places of worship in this State of Pakistan. You may belong to any religion, caste or creed—that has nothing to do with the business of the state”.

We must have to be loyal citizens of Pakistan and good Muslims and achieve virtue of God. We must have to make our society tolerant and justful as we claim ourselves as Muslims.
